Welcome to Iqrailmify. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and enrollment in our educational services. By accessing our services or registering for classes, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are a parent or guardian enrolling a minor, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
1. Our Services
Iqrailmify provides structured online Islamic education designed to make learning simple, engaging, and meaningful.
Our services include:
Quran Recitation & Guidance: Guided reading with correction and support
Qaida Foundation: Arabic letter recognition, sound practice, and word-building activities
Islamic Studies Program: A structured curriculum based on approximately 12 books, taught step by step
Learning Structure:
Longer books → Quiz after every 6 lessons
Shorter books → Quiz after every 3 lessons
Additional Learning Support:
Short Surah summaries before Quran reading
Interactive activities and educational games (especially for children)
Prophet stories (peace be upon them) based on authentic sources
Short videos and explanations to simplify concepts
Our system focuses on understanding, engagement, and consistency, not just memorization.
2. Evaluation & Enrollment
New students complete an evaluation phase (2–4 classes) before enrollment
These evaluation classes are free of charge
Enrollment is confirmed only after mutual agreement
We reserve the right to accept or decline enrollment based on suitability
3. Payment & Reseller Policy
All services are offered as monthly subscription plans, paid in advance
Plans are structured commitments and not pay-per-class services
Merchant of Record:
Payments are processed through 2Checkout (Verifone), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your billing statement may show “2CO” or “2Checkout” for these transactions.
Renewals:
Subscriptions may renew every billing cycle unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date.
4. Attendance & Class Policy
Students must attend classes on time and regularly
Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes; after this, the class may be marked as a No-Show
Makeup Classes:
Makeup classes are provided with prior notice (minimum 24 hours)
A limited number of makeup classes may be allowed per month
If the tutor misses a class without informing, a makeup class or adjustment will be provided
Missed classes without notice may not qualify for makeup
5. Tutor & Class Structure
Regular classes are conducted as one-on-one sessions
Tutors are assigned based on student needs and may be changed if required
Group sessions, if offered, are supervised by Iqrailmify leadership or senior team for quality control and performance evaluation
6. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is required from students and parents
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services
For safety and professionalism, students and parents must not share personal contact details with tutors
7. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, including books, digital content, activities, videos, and teaching methods, are the intellectual property of Iqrailmify.
Materials are for personal learning use only
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Enrollment Policy. Monthly plans are structured commitments; however, fair adjustments may be made based on classes attended.
9. Technical Requirements
Students must have a stable internet connection and a working device
Iqrailmify is not responsible for issues caused by the student’s technical setup
10. Termination
Either party may terminate enrollment with 7 days’ notice
In case of termination by the student, refunds (if applicable) will be handled according to our Refund Policy
11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality education, student progress depends on effort, consistency, and participation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
