Refund & Enrollment Policy

At Iqrailmify, we focus on quality learning, not quick enrollment. Our system is designed to ensure that both the student and the teacher are confident before starting a structured learning journey.

1. Evaluation Before Payment

We do not require payment at the beginning.

Students attend a few initial evaluation classes (typically 2–4 sessions).
During this time, we understand the student’s learning level, behaviour, and consistency.
Parents and students also experience our teaching approach.

We only proceed when both sides are comfortable and satisfied.

Payment is requested only after this mutual confirmation.

2. Student Assessment & Tutor Matching

Every student learns differently. To provide the best experience:

Our academic team observes the student during the evaluation phase.
Based on the student’s learning style, pace, and engagement, a suitable tutor is assigned.
If needed, the tutor may be adjusted to ensure better communication and learning results.

Our goal is to create a comfortable and effective learning environment for every student.

3. Enrollment & Monthly Plans

Once both sides agree to continue:

The student is officially enrolled in a monthly learning plan (2, 3, 4 days, or weekend).
Payment is collected on a monthly basis.
These plans are designed as structured learning commitments, not pay-per-class services.

Regular attendance is important to maintain progress and consistency.


4. Makeup Class Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can happen.

If a student or tutor is unable to attend a class due to a valid reason (such as illness), a makeup class will be arranged.
Prior notice is required to qualify for a makeup class.

Important:

If the student informs in advance → makeup class will be provided.
If the tutor informs in advance → makeup class will be arranged.
If the tutor misses a class without informing → a replacement class or refund adjustment will be provided.
If a student misses a class without prior notice → the class may be counted as completed.

This policy ensures fairness and respect for both the student’s and teacher’s time.

5. Refund Policy (Pro-Rated for Early Withdrawal)

If a student decides to discontinue after enrollment:

The monthly plan remains a fixed commitment, and classes are scheduled accordingly.
However, for fairness, refunds (if approved) are calculated based on classes attended only.

Refund Calculation Method:
Refund = Total Paid − (Classes Attended × $5)

This method is used only to ensure fair adjustment in case of early withdrawal.

6. Attendance & Learning Commitment

To maintain a high-quality learning environment:

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
Frequent absence or lack of engagement may affect continuation.

Our system is designed for consistent progress, not irregular participation.

7. Important Conditions

Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time after the last attended class.
Repeated joining and leaving may be treated as misuse of the system.
Monthly plans reserve dedicated time slots, so commitment is important.

8. Service or Technical Issues

If there is a serious issue from our side, such as:

Repeated class cancellations
Unresolved technical problems

A full or partial refund will be provided based on the situation.

9. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Contact us with your name, course details, and reason.
Requests are reviewed within 2–3 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Our Approach

We believe in honest and structured learning.

We do not charge until we are confident that we can support the student and the student feels comfortable learning with us.

Once enrolled, we expect a basic level of commitment to ensure meaningful progress.
